Summary: Great property with river access. Kayaks provided and a short 10 minute paddle to Roger's Park and the Upper Deck Cafe. Manatees and dolphins were spotted even though it wasn't manatee season. Property is well kept and the owners are very helpful and hospitable. Would recommend this property to anyone. Easy 5 minute drive to Hernando Beach to try out some of the local cuisine. Everyone was so nice and inviting. What a great vacation!!

Summary: The house was just as described and very comfortable. Kelly and Dave were wonderful. Communication was excellent and when we had one small issue (failed breaker), they handled it immediately. I would definitely stay there again!
